Offering compassionate, practical support during the early days of parenthood. I provide gentle, informed care for your newborn, allowing you time to rest and recover. This may include assistance with feeding, sleep routines, or bathing. I can also prepare wholesome, nourishing meals for the family and offer help with light household duties as needed.
My goal is to provide calm and compassionate care so mama can focus on healing, bonding and adjusting to this new chapter with confidence and ease.
Includes a meal prep at each visit and ongoing text and email support for package duration.
